Launching in 2025, ChatAndBuild is a new product by Pivotal, designed to create a seamless no-code experience for users to create apps and agents by just describing them in natural language. The platform aims to democratise app creation, enabling anyone to build functional tools without any coding knowledge.

Establishing a strong brand foundation for a new product
Given its early-stage nature, ChatAndBuild did not have a defined brand system or identity that could clearly communicate its positioning and ambition.
The team needed a distinctive identity that was not just aesthetic but could also signal credibility, innovation, and clarity to its stakeholders, which included investors, partners, and early adopters.
